"The B&B was functional. I couldn't get the air conditioning to work; then they shut it off, so not so good on that score. Emanuele on your staff was simply superlative. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable; he was a standout of my stay. One thing that would have been nice would have been to have an insulated ice bucket. "In general I like this hotel. It was my second stay there. They have a lovely breakfast and the area is very good for both walkability and transportation. I did have an issue with the curtains in my superior room. They would not close over the dramatic double height window, so sleeping was going to be a problem. They were only able to downgrade my room due to current availability, but I did have a good nights sleep and I would recommend room 403, which is a standard double."
