"I had a lovely stay at the Riviera. My room was immaculately clean. The staff were kind and helpful throughout my stay. Nothing was too much trouble. The bed was comfortable and my room was warm and light. Lovely size bath for a soak. Plenty of clean towels. "

Left after one night and had to pay to stay in another hotel Hotel near by provide good service and Evening meal plus cooked breakfast at just a small amount more than the Westcliffe. Cost me an additional £500. Covid Excuse does not apply as I have stayed in 4 hotels in Devon and Cornwall all providing good service and Food. Only worth £40 per...

"Perfect location, just a short walk from the beach and town centre. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, making the stay enjoyable. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and well equipped, with great amenities like an indoor pool. The breakfast was good, the overall experience is excellen. "

"This hotel is in a great location, with fantastic views and everything in walking distance. We had a sea view room, with the added bonus of a balcony. The room could have be cleaned better we found broken glass pieces on the bathroom floor and a crisp packet in the bedroom area... The lounge area is a lovely place to relax and enjoy a drink or a meal. The food we had from the bar menu was good, although limited choice. On the whole, a good weekend. "
