"We enjoyed our stay but the location of the hotel is not in a particularly nice area. Breakfast was superb with a terrific choice which of hot and cold which you helped yourself too. Our evening meal was also excellent and the staff were so friendly & efficient. "Lovely hotel in the centre of Bournemouth. Well appointed and spacious public areas. The rooms are modern and high quality. Great bathrooms. Comfortable bed. Very large rooms. The one bad thing was the air conditioning. What ever I tried it was pumping out cold air all night in mid December. It was freezing. "

"Hotel room was good; beds were comfortable; plenty of storage space. Bathroom was clean and good. Room was clean; it’s aesthetically not the nicest, but was only staying for a night so wasn’t concerned. The gym is very decent, and the pool is nice. Hot tub isn’t really that hot. Nice to also have a steamer and sauna. All this for a very cheap price - was a very good deal! "
