"Nice pool and sauna. Good location central of bournemouth. Staff was excelllent, our first night the rooms air conditioning was broken and it was late when we got back so we just tried sleeping and figured we'd talk to member of staff about it the next day. We did just that and they changed our room for us. "Down visiting friends and family, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The leisure facilities were excellent with a well laid out facilities plan with only one problem of having to find the toilets which were separate from the changing rooms, and found at the end of the corridor on the right hand side. "Hotel room was good; beds were comfortable; plenty of storage space. Bathroom was clean and good. Room was clean; it’s aesthetically not the nicest, but was only staying for a night so wasn’t concerned. The gym is very decent, and the pool is nice. Hot tub isn’t really that hot. Nice to also have a steamer and sauna. All this for a very cheap price - was a very good deal! "
