"We loved our stay here. The staff seemed happy and were very helpful and kind throughout. The spa was busy and we needed to time going with the kids, though the facilities were lovely and we would definitely stay again. Really nice sized room for us and the two kids, food at breakfast was great and lots of choice. Service was fantastic - thank you to all who made our stay so enjoyable"

"I've stayed here twice now and while it's old school decor isn't really to my taste, and it could do with a refresh, it's actually a really nice hotel that is comfortable. The location is also fantastic. You're unlikely to get many better settings for either you evening drink/meal or breakfast. Breakfast is also really good for a smallish hotel."

Very good wheelchair accessible. Excellent hotel.

"Welcoming and friendly staff. Gentle sized accessible room with rolling shower and dropped down handles excellent choice in the restaurant and the food was very good It’s good portions and at a reasonable costThe staff will help and attentive. The only town now was that we were not able to book a wheelchair accessible taxi to the airport."

Holiday Inn Express London Heathrow T4 by IHG

"We stayed here because we had an early morning flight home to the States from London Heathrow. You cannot beat the location, it was a short train ride from terminal 3 and there is a covered walkway from the terminal to the hotel. Check in was fast, we ordered some food to take to the room for the night as it was around 10 p.m. when we checked in. Service was great. The room was a decent size and worked perfectly for our 1 night stay. The bed was comfy and my husband liked the pillows. "
