"When we arrived at 3pm to check in the reception was very busy however the lines moved quickly and we were offered welcome drinks whilst waiting in line. We also had a Polaroid photo taken which was a nice keepsake of our stay. When we checked in we were given a room upgrade for our Valentine’s Day stay. This gave us harbour views and prime spot to view the 9pm Darling Harbour fireworks. The staff could not have been friendlier or more welcoming. The room was great with a giant king size bed,...

"Obviously a top notch hotel in the city with great staff in a superb location however the in-room Wifi was really patchy at various times and the pool isn't open after 5.45pm on the weekends"
