"Eight members of our family spent a lovely long weekend at Riversdale Lodge to celebrate two 80th birthdays and everyone had a fantastic time. The house is lovely and in a gorgeous setting - we felt totally relaxed immediately on arrival. The beds are very comfortable, the communal spaces inside and out were spacious and everything needed was provided. "Was informed 3 days before stay that we would be staying in a different house to listing, which for us was ok. Clean bedding, comfortable beds. However the house although wasn't filthy it wasn't clean. The whole place looked like a family had just "popped out". Clothes hanging on doors, shoes left where they had just taken them off, generally a untidy house."

"Clive & Karen were great hosts and gave a us a great welcome. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them. The bungalow was very clean, tidy, well equipped and in very neat and tidy well kept gardens. "Really impressed with this little home on the farm. Hot tub overlooking the countryside was a gorgeous touch and lovely to sit under the stars at night. Hosts were incredibly friendly but not intrusive, watching the alpacas have a shower was a treat! We did a lovely walk in the sunshine to the dog and muffler inn which was well worth a trip."
