"The lady who I’m guessing was the chick running the show was so extremely rude. She got mad at me when we arrived and I asked how to check in? She then just loooed at me when I asked where our room was! Just so unhelpful and awkward. There were 10 adults and 7 kids and we all felt on edge and judged the whole time.
