We were very happy with everything about this property. Had dinner at the Pub next door twice and the Golf Club Chinese once. All very nice. IGA, a Bakery and a Chemist are an easy 4min walk. Would definitely stay here again.

Cleaner started cleaning next door at 8.30. Loud and unfair to guests staying more than 1 night. Lady receptionist not friendly. She didn't even say thank for staying. We had to ask for cooking equipment, it felt like it was a big bother for them. Wind whipped through the shutters so was cold.

Lovey clean large rooms with a very convenient location right next door to the local pub with dining options. We were there to see the dolpins and was given good local information of what to do. The host was very accomodating with a guest who had an elderly parent and gladly upgraded the room to be more convienent to the car park. All in all, would highly recomend this as a place to base yourself to explore the surrounds of Tin Can Bay and Rainbow Beach.
