"Very nicely outfitted, very comfortable and nice modern kitchen and laundry appliances. Made the perfect base for us to go out fishing, play on the mudflats or just to stroll along the walkways and enjoy the birds and bay. "

"We were very happy with our stay. This resort is very handy to everything and just a short stroll to the beach through the forest. Would recommend this resort for families as it has 2 pools, tennis court and plenty of beautiful grounds to play in. This is our second time here and will definitely be back again."

"Unit was lovely and clean, and good access to amenities, beds were nice and comfy, was a little bit surprised that we had to supply our own sheets, towels, bath mat, hand towel and tea towel, (apparently we could hire the sheets etc for and extra $15 per person) we don't go away for holidays much, but haven't had to supply those things, when staying at a holiday place before. The parking was good, the pools were lovely. overall, was a lovely place to stay."

"The check in process for this property was not clear. When we arrived at the property the toilet was disgusting with lots of black mold in the bowl. There is not access to wifi, the DVD and TV don't work and finally, you have to bring you owner linen. The linen is not a problem, if there was clearer communication. I personally have never stayed in accommodation where you have to bring your own linen so did not see this on the advertising, there was no further communication beyond the booking...

"The location was good, easy and pleasant walk to beach. The room had plumbing issues which the real estate and plumber went above and beyond to fix problem quickly. The unit was very very cold, no heater or heating, which I feel was as reason I got pneumonia, tv played up and furniture was dated. Sliding door to courtyard was hard to open and close due to the wheels felt worn. Swimming pool area with BBQ and tennis courts were nice."

"The whole family enjoyed staying here a lot. The kids loved the unit, pools and tennis court. The owners were very welcoming and responsive to my questions. There was an issue with the stove top not working, though there was a stand alone fry pan that could be used as an alternate. All in all I’d give the accomodation and hosts a 5 star. I’d stay here again."

"The lounges need replacing. So uncomfortable and grubby! Other than that, the unit has just enough to have a nice stay - minimal cooking equipment. The fridge had a broken (almost broken shelf, so it limited the amount we could use it. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean. The parking is good being undercover, but can be quite tight when a few 4wd are parked. There can be noise from the driveway during the night and early morning. The balcony is great overlooking the pool and its a...

"We liked the atmosphere of the accomodation, the location to the beach and the amenities was good, between the pool on one side and the tennis courts on the other side meant there were loud noise/squeals/excitement and sometimes unhappy sounds from children from both sides and the doors slamming often, but if you could block the noises quite a pleasant stay, reasonably priced holiday break. I loved Rainbow Beach and all the treasures of the place."
