"Unfortunately, I hadn't read the negative reviews before I booked our stay at the Rainbow Sea Resort. While our suite had stunning views over the ocean and was attractively decorated in a Hamptons/beachy style, as shown in the promotional photos, those were the only positives. The bathroom and kitchen were in dire need of a thorough deep clean; there was grime and black mould in the bathroom, and a very unpleasant smell in the kitchen. "The check in process for this property was not clear. When we arrived at the property the toilet was disgusting with lots of black mold in the bowl. There is not access to wifi, the DVD and TV don't work and finally, you have to bring you owner linen. The linen is not a problem, if there was clearer communication. I personally have never stayed in accommodation where you have to bring your own linen so did not see this on the advertising, there was no further communication beyond the booking...

"Unit was lovely and clean, and good access to amenities, beds were nice and comfy, was a little bit surprised that we had to supply our own sheets, towels, bath mat, hand towel and tea towel, (apparently we could hire the sheets etc for and extra $15 per person) we don't go away for holidays much, but haven't had to supply those things, when staying at a holiday place before. The parking was good, the pools were lovely. overall, was a lovely place to stay."
