"Room was great a little worn from ski equipment going in & out but kitchen, bedroom & bathroom were great. Looks like they are in the middle of upgrades/ construction. 5 minutes to town. 5 minutes to ski resort. Nice "

"We stayed in a 2 bed, 2 bath town home at the top of Sugar mountain. The views were breath taking! The place itself was very spacious. It could do with some remodeling in the kitchen and throughout the apartment but was really not a big deal for us. The ladies working the office were very friendly and accommodating! My daughter really enjoyed the game room and hot! We would definitely stay again!"

"The hotel was fine on first appearances . It could use some updates. Elevator needs some work, door all scarred up. Room ok, had to change light bulb, window leaked, TV did not work entire trip. No one could correct it. Breakfast bar needs some help. "

"Purple Haze was one of our favorite VRBO properties ever!! The location was perfect for many nearby activities including Blowing Rock and Tweetsie Railroad. Linda was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The house is beautiful and very well stocked. The layout is perfect for large family groups. We would definitely stay again! "
