"When arriving, the office was closed however a staff member saw me walking away and was able to take care of me. Apparently during slow weeks. the Inn will leave a welcome package for guest checking in on the door. That aside, we had the Tarheal suite; the room was exceptionally clean, comfortable and relaxing. Also, the suite included a private balcony for sitting. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants was welcomed. A very pleasant two night stay."

"It was nice to stay in a classic vintage accommodation. You can feel the past, in a good way! Breakfast and service were very nice. Our room with a balcony overlooking the garden was very comfortable and it was lovely to sit outside in the morning."

"Quiet hotel, super convenient to downtown Blowing Rock. Everything we needed was within walking distance. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was better than the average hotel—they had an apple-pancake casserole. The staff were very courteous and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again."
