"We really enjoyed our stay! The room was spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. The walls were a little thin and at times we could hear our neighbors conversations but no one was overly loud and it was not a problem at night. There is a great restaurant in the lodge which was a nice perk, and even better, the food was delicious and reasonably priced. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The whole feel of the lodge is really nice and the decor is great. My kids and I enjoyed sitting out front in the rocking chairs by the fire. We will definitely stay here again!"

"I recently stayed at the Embers for one night and wish I had a longer stay. the location was very private and beautiful. the area around it in Blowing Rock is great, with lots of dining options. the rooms are spacy. I had the single king size room . the bathrooms and showers are just beautiful and they have all the essentials you need. Very Clean, beds are comfortable, coffee water & expresso available in your room. robes and slippers are provided "
