"This is a great location. It has a nice pool and Caribbean style restaurant overlooking the lake. Situated next to the Promenade which has several restaurants and upscale shopping. "

"The room was very clean and quite comfortable. In each of the two days I prepared my breakfast, the milk dispenser was empty with no staff attendant on hand. I had to activate the kiosk in order to talk remotely with an employee… to register my complaint. The motel was new and attractive. I had either misread the rate for two nights or was mislead to believe my total outdoor be $179 instead of what I was actually charged… $412."

"We enjoyed our stay at Summer House. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood, beautifully appointed with nautical beach decor. We throughly enjoyed the very private heated salt water pool. The owner was very responsive to any requests. "
