"A location can not be better if you are attending an event at the COEX Convention Center. The place is clean and everything I need was there. But the phone number of the host was not correct, thus, I could not reach the host. Otherwise, it is excellent in many aspects."

"We had great stay for two weeks with our two babies! The place was very clean, had all the amenities we needed and location was great. We loved that the apartment is close to Han River and fairly close to the subway. There is a small play ground right next to the apartment and the apartment itself had many books for kids. We unfortunately had a mishap during our stay and the host responded promptly and helped to take care of it in timely manner. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone...

"また利用したいです。今回、新沙駅近くで仕事があったため、ホテルにしようと思いましたが値段高めのエリアですのでレジデンスを利用してみたいと思い、こちらにたどり着きました。ロビーはありませんので、宿泊前にスタッフの方からメッセージが届きます。部屋番号や地図、Wi-Fiパスワードなど、詳しく書かれています。ホテルに泊まるときは特に事前にメッセージを受けることはありませんので、初めての方はびっくりされるかもしれませんが、慌てず返信されるといいと思います。部屋には、簡単な調味料、ティファール、皿、コップ、シャンプー、ドライヤー、タオル、冷蔵庫、キッチン、スプーン等、洗濯機（乾燥もできます）ついています。そして、何といっても韓国の伝統オンドル（床暖房）がありますので、日本の底冷えにstress江尾感じられている方は、感動されると思います。ゴミ出しも自分でします。韓国は、食べ物と普通のごみと分けて捨てます。捨て方もファイルに桑悪しく書かれていますので問題ありません。ベッドもキングサイズでした！ "

"The location of the hotel is perfect, 3 mins walking distance to Dongdaemun History & Culture Park station exit 12, airport bus to ICN airport is right in front of the hotel. Convenient stores and restaurants just mins away. The room is dated, there is no lighting switch near the bedside, you have to turn off the lights at the entrance.
