"The mattress was very soft for me and I would probably think twice before going back to this accommodation. But that's a personal preference, I prefer a much firmer mattress. Everything else was great. Clean and good location. Good price and good communication. If I wanted to be extra critical, lighting in the bathroom could be improved and perhaps provide two pillows per person rather than just one, and also provide some hand towels as we only got big shower towels. But great overall."

"I liked the location of the property; it was very close to the train station. I did not like how there was no person at the help-desk and the customer service was conducted strictly through emails with no phone number to call and they took hours to get us our entrance code while we waited in the cold."

"A small, cozy flat with tiny but sufficient kitchen. NO AIR CONDITIONING during a heat wave, but the fan was great and most flats in Zürich are not air conditioned. The bed was adequate for one, not for two - the mattress sagged over the edge of the support, making sleeping on the outer edge tricky. Owner was slow to reply to emails before we arrived, but was adequate once we were there - apparently he was in an auto accident, which would explain his slow responsiveness while we were there, but...

"I liked the amenities and quality of products in the apartment. Almost everything that one could require, was provided for. However, the apartment had a weird smell, sort of unclean smell. The bath robes had the same smell. Didn't feel very clean."

"The address listed is not the address you'll be staying in. It's a big company that has a bunch of properties under vision apartments. That being said, I was not contacted in advance to send my passport information before arrival. There is no "front desk" service, but it does state that you have to send your information beforehand.
