"We like this hotel a lot. It’s in the charming old city and the design is to our liking. We also like their common work/meeting spaces and make good use of them. Our “nit” this time is that upon arrival they checked us in to an inferior room (small, dark, broken shower, no robes). And while they switched us the next day, it was a hassle and they did not offer compensation for that first night (out of 4). This was disappointing especially as we’ve been repeat guests for many years. All in all, we still like this hotel a lot and would go back. "
