"Our stay at the Ruby Mimi was wonderful! The absolute best thing: the hotel perfectly located to access all trains, trams and buses. The staff was also incredibly helpful, particularly Irene who answered any questions we had and was a great help as first timers visiting Zurich! "Lovely location and gorgeous room - a thoughtful welcome for us in our hotel room for our honeymoon! Decor of the hotel is beautiful and worth it if you are looking for a luxury hotel. The view from our room was fantastic! (lake view room). A slight improvement could be on the included breakfast - while the variety of food was good, the hot food should ideally be kept warmer than it was. It didn't bother us too much, but for any guests that like their food hot, I'm sure if asked the staff would be willing to accommodate. Other than that, it was perfection! Thank you"

The staff and location were great. right on Main Street, with tons of shops available and a short walk (10 minutes?) from the train stop, if you don't decide to ask for a lift from the hotel. the hotel has everything and while you relax out back - you have the perfect view of multiple mountains absolutely great stay - would highly recommend "
