"Reception Staff are very helpful and pleasant to speak to. Cleaners too are lovely and the place is spotless ! All the staff are a credit to the hotel. If I was forced to critique I would say the rooms are pretty basic but they do have everything you need. Lacking the extra detail for a 4 star hotel like a fridge, seating, USBs. Location was perfect and great value for money. Would definitely stay again. "

"The most stunning hotel, it has been restored beautifully. In a great location, with the city centre and nightlife a few mins walk away. We did dine in the restaurant one night and found the service to be a little slow, but the food was delicious so can't complain. Overall a fab stay, will definitely be back! "
