"Clean tidy close to get into town "

"Really well placed in central Liverpool for a one night stay. Apartment had all you needed - balcony was great (apart from the nesting seagull). We did stay there on the hottest day of the year but with no air conditioning and being on the top floor it was extremely and uncomfortably hot. Also a bit of a walk from checking in and picking up the keys and then over to the apartment. Staff were helpful. "

"Shabby run down accommodation with very poor communication from the owner. I was locked out of my accommodation on the first night and had to sleep elsewhere on a couch because the auto key arrangements were not made and I could not gain access to my room. This property needs to be qualified as suitable with the advert of the property being very misleading."

"Really wouldn't recommend this place, in the end I left because of a lack of basic security, but the lack of basic cleanliness and amenities (like a towel, or a working hairdryer) could easily have brought me to that decision on its own. I wasn't able to find the place because it looked like a run down shop, there was no one around, the only contact was a little button on the OUTSIDE of the place for me ask how I would be able to check in. Lack of instructions on what room I would be staying in...

"Lovely accommodation in the Honeysuckle suite, very quiet and spotlessly clean. All needs catered for and bottles of water and milk for tea and coffee replenished daily. Very friendly professional hosts and the breakfast was delicious. Great location for motorway and central to many interesting parts of North Wales but set off the main road by a long driveway. Would stay again."

"Lovely bnb on the edge of s horse farm. Our host was very welcoming and we really felt we had a stay in the countryside. Polly, the host gives great dinner recommendations. If traveling by car Make sure you call ahead to know to drive past the barn- we confused ours and a quick call to Polly sorted that out. Would come back!"

"I stayed one night during the Open golf at Royal Liverpool. We arrived after reception had closed but the instructions on how to get the keys were easy to follow and accurate. The room was spacious and comfortable and the venue itself was well kept. I would recommend this venue to all."
