"This property is self check in. There is no front desk and staff are few and far between. They are largely out of sight. We did not receive our entry code information 24 hours ahead as promised. Multiple calls and intervention through Expedia finally got us the information needed. Once we were in the room, the hassle was well worth it. Beautiful, spacious, and lots of amenities. "A fantastic hotel and centrally located in the Hakone area near Gora. The facilties, hot springs and service were outstanding. The shuttle service to Gora Station and Odawara Station were an added touch. We stayed 2 nights on our Japan trip but would loved to have stayed a little longer."
