"The manager on duty was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. Our only disappointment was that there was a really dirty supposedly “cleaned” washcloth in the bathroom. Only one regular coffee and one decaf. Not really giving coffee options when there are two people. "

"The room was clean, and the staff were very nice. We met some long-term residents, and they were also very nice. I stayed on the second floor, and it smelled like cat litter. That was the only negative aspect."
