What an amazing experience to stay in this incredible home, not only for my mom, but for my sister, myself and our daughters. The house is stunning and Matt could not have been a better host. He gave us a full tour of the house and we shared stories about our family history. Matt was very responsive to all our needs. Trip of a lifetime for my mom. Can't recommend this place enough."

"We had a busy weekend in Cinic and really needed somewhere to rest. Well this place was that and WAY more. My teens want to rent it again to be able to spend more time there! It had comfortable beds, it was walking distance to a lot of cool stuff, it had a lot of things to do inside. Not to mention it was a cool turn of the century home that has been renovated so it was a lot of charm. We also loved the quirky decorations! Definitely will rent again!"

"The location was in a perfect spot and it was easy to get in and out of the neighborhood to go to all the places that we wanted to visit. The beds, pillows, and couches were very comfortable. We only had one significant complaint - it was unbearably hot upstairs. We couldn't get the thermostat downstairs under 80 degrees, and upstairs felt even hotter. I see comments from other reviews that we should understand "historic home" to mean that the temperature cannot really be controlled, which is...

It was close to everything: Xavier, UC, downtown, restaurants, etc. The house clean, well stocked, comfortable and exceeded our expectations. The owners were easy to communicate with leading up to our stay and check-in was easy. Would definitely consider staying here again."
