The pr0perty was clean and well-kept, but the area and grounds were run-down, isolated, and unappealing. Interior had some dingy areas in need of repair, carpets were dingy, finishes were old, worn, out of style. Staff/operators were very pleasant and helpful.

The property was located close to downtown Cincinatti. It's an older property, however, The hotel and room was clean, neat and the staff was very, very accommodating. I would stay at the hotel again.

Booked last minute at a very reasonable rate. Room was clean. Little low on TP and tissues in the room but I always bring my own so did not impact me…and if needed, a quick call to front desk would have been easy enough to resolve.
