"A nice hotel but unfortunately a couple of issues with our room. The curtain didn’t cover the window- it looked like the curtain rail was broken- so being on a main road with street lighting the room had a lot of light coming in at night which was very annoying. Also the TV didn’t work. We did report this to reception but it was sorted during our 2 night stay. Breakfast was nice"

Nevertheless, the common area eg reception and bars were a highlight - luxurious yet cosy and the small touches eg mulled wine, jazz nights made up for the small rooms. The quality of the breakfast could be better, but I guess acceptable for London standard. "
