"The staff is great"

"Had a good stay at this hotel with the family. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast was good and had different variety each morning, basic drink and snacks provided in the room for free. Staff were very nice and friendly. Takes about a 10 minute walk to the main road where all the shops and dining options are. Gets pretty dark at night since there are no street lamps. Some part of the streets have barely any sidewalks so that was a challenge. Other than that, stay was pretty good. "

"Really enjoyed my stay at Citadines. The hotel is just a stone throw from the Berawa Beach. They have a wonderful roof terrace with the best view you can get in Canggu. They also serve excellent food and entertainment at the rooftop where there also an infinity pool. Highly recommend!"

"Hotel was built in 1996 so clearly showing signs of its age. Staff were lovely but with so many trainees (cheap labour) so much to learn but their enthusiasm and big smiles made it a very welcoming place. On a positive note, the grounds are really nice with mature trees and some wildlife living amongst the environment. Big negative was having to save a lady from drowning because the so called swimming teacher only had eyes on a child she was teaching with no concern for the woman. Her excuse,...

"We really enjoyed our family stay at Sakti Resort. The grounds are lovely and nestled in the jungle; the pool is lovely (though a bit deep for littles), and the service was warm, receptive and responsive. There are lots of dining options across the street too (including a cute french style bakery and cafe). We had an adjoining room for our kids and the format worked perfectly.
