"Very convenient for travel from England to Scotland. One issue. We are both disabled and of the 4 disabled bays one blue badge was displayed. The other bays were taken up by work vans.......unacceptable!!!!"

"Stayed in a family room with wife and 3 kids. Room was very spacious and comfortable, with lovely views from large windows. Dinner and breakfast both very good with lots of options. I left a jacket by mistake, and the staff were really great and shipped it back to me right away. Great service! Would definitely recommend this hotel."

Plenty of parking, a well appointed room with a good selection of TV channels, good WiFi, decent bed and a large selection of different options for breakfast. "Old hotel, creeky floor boards but to be expected. Lots of nice historical features too but clean and updated. So handy for shopping and places to eat, but the hotel menu looked very good and fair priced. We went to music venu 2 minutes walk away in the evening. Quiet at night even with our bed room facing the main square. Would stay again"
