"Attended a wedding. Beautiful setting. Rooms just a little tired, dusty and shower head need cleaning. Bed was super comfy. Only 1 boy serving at breakfast but very helpful breakfast was very good. Just 1 miserable waitress at the wedding. Dont like bottle being placed under arm pit when serving one of other wines, carrying 3 bottle's."

"This is a small, family-run hotel in the north of Preston. We stayed here for one night as we came home from holiday. The hotel was perfectly good for these purposes. The room and bathroom was clean and comfortable and breakfast was good. The staff were pleasant and friendly. If I have one criticism it is that the hotel is next to a busy road and so it can be noisy if you like to sleep with a window open (as I do)."

"Hard to review as you get what you pay for. The pros are the cleanliness and being away from noise. The cons are the not knowing how to get any fresh towels or coffee top ups in the room for a 3 day stay. There wasnt any room servicing and the place does not have anyone fronting the property. That said, its great value for money and the getting the key was easy enough. Might stay again."
