Half used toilet roll - not acceptable Broken USB port, broken door handle to Juliette balcony. TV had been wall mounted directly in front of a picture - why?? Towels very small and poor quality"

"We do not understand the 1 star rating. The room was freshly renovated. The shower is hands on the best I have encountered in a hotel better than my own shower. On top of that the staff were so friendly there was a personal touch that we felt. Breakfast is very good an again the personal touch. The entrance is not yet renovated but honestly there more stars here! "
