"Good location for transport to bruges & hotel a good price. But no reception staff or facilities (time of year?). We had no power in the room 212. Got moved to the next floor, room 107, but no power there either or heating, so returned our stuff back to 212 where briefly he was able to get power on to.There was an emergency phone number, but we only found this the next day during the move on the 1st floor. "The location of the hotel is within walking distance of the Blankenberge Train Station. We stayed two night/three days before catching the tram to Zeebrugge for a cruise (easy to do). The front staff were friendly. The room was comfortable and we slept well after the traffic died down. The only negative was that our room was next to a major street so it was noisy. "We didn’t get the email to check in and showed up at 2:30 pm being told we couldn’t until 4. The first night there was some very loud techno beat until 4 amThe second night there was 9:40- midnight the heat wasn’t working and we were told that 68 should be warm enough. We asked for a blanket which we got but he didn’t seem happy. There was no one at the receptionist desk ever."

"Fantastic apartment. Right in the centre of the town. Close to shops bus/ train stations and beach. Smart decor. From the write up I hadn’t realised there were two sofa beds. It was a little uncomfortable. Cleaning cloths left for us along with toilet paper hand wash etc! "
