"We had a great stay! Dale’s property was amongst the cleanest rentals we’ve ever stayed at. All the property info was clearly explained in the manual provided. Even the well-stocked linen closet was clearly labeled! It was fantastic. Quiet location, centrally located. Pictures are exactly as the property is in person. Thanks for a great stay!"

"Everything that we expected about the property from the reviews was accurate. It was homely and the children enjoyed the game room very much! It’s close to the San Juan river and the fly fishing there was a great experience! There is an outside fire ring with much wood stacked by it but we didn’t utilize it because we were so busy enjoying other features of the area. Also the water supply needs a water softener of some kind. Other than that the home was comfortable. We did run out of propane Although In fairness we did grill a lot. "
