Okay let’s talk about the back porch, the hot tub is legit and the fire pit was perfect. We skied at Pergatory even though this house is a hike from the mountains we would still pick it again! "

My youngest is 1 and there was no pack and play or high chair which isn’t a big deal for our family personally but for others this could be your deal breaker. "Good place overall. Decent location and well stocked Kitchen. The gas stove needs service as only one of four burners would light which was an issue cooking for four people. Also the water supply needs a water softener of some kind. Other than that the home was comfortable. We did run out of propane Although In fairness we did grill a lot. "
