Riverfront Property with On Site Private Fishing on the San Juan River!!
9.6 out of 10, Exceptional, (18)
"Great location. There were a few issues with the shower not draining properly the first night, but it cleared up. There wasn’t a hair dryer even though it was listed. Jamie said that someone took it a couple of days before. A hot tub was listed, but we didn’t see it. The house was clean, the location was great. All in all a good place to rent for fishing trips to the San Juan river. The bedrooms are all upstairs, so not good for folks with medical issues."

Cozy home by the San Juan River

We took our griddle after reading a few reviews but we were able to use the grill on property without issue. I also believe there was a smoker! The close river access is a huge plus (fishing is great). We even met a neighbor who was very nice and talked the home owner up. The lake was just short drive away,...
