"Staff are friendly, welcoming, helpful and always smiling. Breakfast was amazing with plenty to chose from. We were offered a free room upgrade however already happy with our allocated room and chose not to accept thr kind offer. Rooms and all public areas are always clean, tidy and gardens are well maintained. Great waterpark pool for the grand children and also plenty of activities to keep them busy. Short walk to beach where there is a small area reserved for guests which has a few sun lounges and umbrellas. Would definitely recommend Bali Dynasty especially for families with children."

"The resort looks modern, stylist and luxurious. There are 3 really good restautants within the same resort which gives you a variety of food options. On top of that the room service and entertainment did not fall short to impress. Buffet breakfast and the staffs in the resort are all very hospitable and friendly. The resort is walking distance to Bali Collection which has more restaurants from indian, japanese chinese, mexican, italian, balinese cuisenes and other clothing and handicraft shops. Will definitely stay at this resort again in future. "
