Our daughter suffers from Anxiety and this was her first USA Christmas shopping trip and she was so proud of her purchases and then devastated to realize she left them behind. These ladies went out of their way to find the missing packages and get them shipped back to us - we were so grateful for their kindness. Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant - good breakfast, clean and quiet rooms - but these ladies took the stress out of this situation for us. thank you "
