For the price point it served it's purpose. We arrived to find out the elevator is out of service (has been for an extended time according to front desk) and no rooms on ground floor with 2 beds. Not the end of the world for us - we're able bodied and could climb the stairs. However, it wasn't mentioned before arrival and this could be a deal breaker for some guests. The entry doors from the parking lot don't work with the keys so after hours you have a bit of a walk. Overall, for the price point I would stay again. Sheldon at the desk was super friendly and helpful at check in

No smoke alarm in the room; dog in next room barking the first night. We were 4 and only towels for 2. Dirty towels not picked up or fresh towels brought in. Front desk person very friendly and tried to help. Breakfast very good. Beds comfy.

I thought the front desk was well maned and professional. Breakfast was excellent. The windows in the room were really dirty and old. People had written the date they had stayed in the fog from the shower. It was not recent. The pool area was clean, but could use some inviting decor and chairs.

The staff was often not available, tried to call desk and no one ever answered, room service was by request but no one mentioned it on check-in, distance to walk to room and breakfast was too far for person with walking issues, pool area floor was dirty, exercise room floor was not picked up, no towels in pool area, room needs plugs updated for electronic devices, no luggage rack in room.

The staff was very nice. The bed was comfy and clean and the bathroom amenities were nice. But the place smelled like rotting mold, old smoke and mustiness. The bathroom door had a complete a hole through it where the doorstop was. It was good in a pinch, but I wouldn’t want to stay more than one night.

The entire hotel smells of smoke and I’m a smoker! I can’t imagine what the non smokers think. The lobby is unlocked all night so anybody can come and go as they please. It’s clear that they aren’t receiving any support from corporate. The employees are wonderful but they can only work with what they’re given. This could be a beautiful hotel with the right investment.

The staff is professional and helpful. Easy parking close to the rooms. It was pretty quiet and the room was comfortable but nothing more. Mattresses were just okay. Overall a good stay.
