The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and the food was beyond superb. We stayed at the Raffles Hotel in Singapore before coming here and I would say that The Sanchay far surpassed Raffles, which is knowns as one of the top hotels in the world. I can't recommend this hotel enough."

Mira and her colleagues at front desk were friendly and warm. They even remembered our ferry departure timing and came to remind us during breakfast when the shuttle to the ferry terminal was arriving. Overall awesome stay!"

"The staff at the ferry terminal pick up and concierge are very helpful. I don’t remember all the names but Ode helped us with the bags while we cycled to the hotel. Food wise Indonesian food is great and breakfast choices are many. View from the pool is amazing."
