Food was just ok for us. Mattress very hard. Rooms need updating. Very low iccupancy due to Covid 19."

Activities on the beach could be better organized, as the jet skis broke down 2 days in a row. Very interesting lecture on turtles with the release of the hatchlings into the ocean waters. "We got a beach front room that was excellent, there are gazebos, hammocks and beach chairs provided by the hotel to relax on. The hotel rooms was immaculately clean and spacious including the bathroom. All the staff were friendly and respectful."

"The property has a terrible regard to cleanliness and comfort of their guests. Too many cleanliness issues from the room, to their restaurant even in its public area to get to the guest rooms. Shame because the beach is great for swimming, calm waters and great sand. The pool is not bad at all as well. Other than those two, I would not recommend this property to anyone who wants to go to Bintan for a quick R&R - not only that its more than an hour from the terminal, the property is just not...
