"What a wonderful escape in the beautiful countryside! We loved our stay at the charming Farmhouse. The house itself was well stocked, clean, and spacious. The beds were so comfy! Plenty of places for our family to sprawl out. The yard was big and it was fun to see the cows in the meadow and walk down to the river. The host was great and responded quickly. Located near hiking, ski resort, and Harrisonburg. Great property!!!!"

"Tough place to find when we arrived at night, but reading the reviews i knew this. I would recommend a sign at the "Y" in the drive way to point to the house. The house itself was very nice. There is definitely a smell of dogs in the house so if that is an issue, this may not be your place. I was not able to utilize the outdoor spaces or the river because of a storm. "This home is absolutely stunning. There have been tons of upgrades while still keeping with the integrity of the original house. It was still decorated for Christmas and my children loved keeping the tree lit. You won't be even a little disappointed in this house!"

"This was the cleanest property we have ever rented before. Everything was just perfect. Lisa has thought of everything to make her guests comfortable. The mountain sunrise views are stunning and you can see it from the back porch and even the kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with all types of cookware. The waffle maker was a nice surprise. The furniture and beds were comfortable. Check out was smooth and easy. I would highly recommend renting this lovely home for a visit to Luray. "
