"We called ahead to ask if we could check in early so we could change to go to a wedding. They weren’t able to get the room ready but did let us in before it had been cleaned so that we could change. The family room had 2 bedrooms and suited our needs really well, and would suit most families. The room decor was a little tired but clean and all in good working order. "Great location, finding parking wasn’t bad although it did cost us £25 to park for one night. The room didn’t have an expresso machine as advertised and we only had one coffee each on arrival and that was it. Would have been nice to have more coffee and milk. Minor details but makes the difference. Overall though, was satisfied with the stay and location. "

Friends weekend spa treat

"Warm welcome, fuss free check in. Room easy to find and was clean and comfortable. Plenty of toiletries in the bathroom. Lovely pod coffee machine. We used the spa and facilities. The only negative i can say is that it was very busy so we had no where to sit. People put towels on the beds but didnt use them for a long time. Breakfast was good. Small selection but plenty of options."
