"Even though this property is more expensive than nearby hotels, it's a good value considering the service and amenities. My only minute complaint is that check-in is at 8am, and my room was ready when we arrived, but we had to wait for staff to "inspect" the room before being taken up. It seems an inspection could have taken place after the room was readied. We had to wait about 20 minutes. Part of that time may have been waiting on the bellhop to place luggage.
