"Great place to stay if you’re visiting Los Angeles and just need a base to sleep etc. Really helpful that they give you a residence parking permit so you can park on the street outside the property. One very small downside is that they were did some building work in the room next to us when we were trying to sleep which caused a bit bit of a problem but I’d imagine this is a rare occurrence. "

"This is a cute hotel and felt very safe. The beds are comfortable and the decor is fun. It is a good value for the cost. We were on the street side of the hotel and it is loud but really becomes white noise pretty quickly. If noise is a concern, you can pay more for a room on the back of the hotel. The floors were not vacuumed nor mopped so that was a bummer. I would stay here again but I'd check the floors!"

"This is definitely a budget place to stay. It was more like renting a room with private bath in a building then a hotel. The place was clean and the manager accommodating to meet me at the hotel when I arrived at 3AM to check me in. The cold-water spigot in the shower did not work making for a very hot and weak shower. The bathroom mirror was over the toilet instead of the sink because of the way the bathroom is laid out. The walls were blank, not one picture and no waste basket in the room. ...

"The room is very dated and not well equipped like you would expect in even a cheap hotel. I couldn't find electrical outlets to charge phones in the room and had to use the outlets in restroom or closet. Breakfast was fine but the lady who prepared the breakfast was very rude. I think she also manages the property. I didn't know the downstairs restroom in the hallway was reserved for downstairs room only. It has no sign on the door so I used it quickly. As soon as I got out, the lady waited for...
