"Well other than they are remodeling you couldn’t tell the property is clean. The new younger owners are great and so friendly.i stay here at least 3 times a month. It’s about a 5-10 min easy walk to the grove CBS studios is a cross the street if you want to go to a taping of the Price Is Right with host Drew Carey.Hollywood and Highland a short drive about 10-15 mins also there is West Hollywood 5 mins away and let’s not forget the Beverly Center 5 min and Beverly Hills 10-15 mins away. "This was a good stay especially with the areas we wanted to visit in LA. My only issue was the parking. There is a small, tight parking area under the hotel. This was not easy to maneuver for my Nissan Armada. There are a few spots in a small lot down the alley for the hotel too. "

"This is definitely a budget place to stay. It was more like renting a room with private bath in a building then a hotel. The place was clean and the manager accommodating to meet me at the hotel when I arrived at 3AM to check me in. The cold-water spigot in the shower did not work making for a very hot and weak shower. The bathroom mirror was over the toilet instead of the sink because of the way the bathroom is laid out. The walls were blank, not one picture and no waste basket in the room. ...
