"The house was incredible! Beautiful, clean, great location!! 9 adults were more than comfortable!! Wish we had planned a couple more nights!"

"The host provided a very warm welcome. The property was perfect for us with all amenities provided and a well stocked kitchen. The garden, terrace and pool were perfect for relaxation.Great location close to amazing restaurants and the beach. Absolutely no complaints but if there was to be one, it would be that the sofa bed in the lounge is uncomfortable. Other than that, thank you for a perfect stay!"

"Amazing to have basically our own private beach steps away from the doors of the property. Between the size of the home and the backyard, there wasn’t much need to leave, although the property was in a great location for outings to restaurants, quick grocery runs, and other sites. "This is not a luxury villa as advertised. It has a pool and was next to the ocean and that's all. When we arrived, the sewer outside had backed up so it smelled terrible. After we checked in, we noticed hair on one of the pillow and fake eye lashes on one of the bed. The bathrooms lacked basic toiletries like hotel bar soap, shampoo, conditioner. "This property is very spacious and in a great location. Watching the sunset from the back patio was magical. It's near wonderful local beaches, grocery stores, restaurants and the main road to get to downtown Nassau. But far enough away from the cruise port that you can experience the local charm. "The location of this property on a beautiful beach is perhaps the best on North Andros. The House is clean and comfortable. The Caretaker (Zona) is very helpful and knowledgeable. "The most perfect beach bungalow for my husband and I... beautiful beach views and sunrises! Accommodations were perfect and a great location, we used the bikes provided everyday to get around to the GHC Marina and explored the island and hidden vistas and beaches! The host was great! "We celebrated our 30th anniversary for a long weekend and had an incredible time. The place was spacious and the views were once in a lifetime. Close to supermarkets and 2 resorts. We drove 5 minutes to the beach. I do recommend renting a car. We will be back soon. "

Fabulous

"Stunning property on a fabulous beach. Would definitely return. We had the Abaco cottage which is actually a very newly built/converted detached bungalow. See pic. Little kitchen with everything you need. Even teabags, salt and pepper. Great hot shower, comfy bed. 2 min walk to a little shop for essentials and also a lovely frozen yogurt shop. 10 mins walk the other way is a big supermarket with a couple of restaurants, takeaways etc. Just be aware you can only contact the owners by WhatsApp. We didn’t realise this and called the number on arrival to discover it didn’t work. A little concerning but we found the owner in the end. "
