"I booked this stay a few months in advance for my 50th birthday and Christmas vacation. The property owner did not respond, nor was there a place to check into the property. I called VRBO, but they were not able to get ahold of the property owner. I had to cancel my trip outside the US on Dec 22nd before my birthday and Christmas. What a nightmare! Of course, everything else was booked on the VRBO site, and we ended up spending 3x as much at a hotel that had space for our family. I recommend...

Located far enough from Downtown Nassau (20 min by car) to avoid the crowds, but close enough for shopping and dining. Love Beach is a 2 minute drive away, must visit! Hostess Fany was wonderful."

"This condo is about a 20 minute drive from downtown Nassau, but about 8 minutes in both directions from public beaches. It was clean, comfortable, well lit, and fully stocked. Bedrooms are upstairs, large main, with walk in shower in one, full bath in the other. The neighborhood is quiet, and there is a busy restaurant across the street that you will like, Spritz. "We stayed 2 nights. The condo is spacious, has a living room, big tv and a good size kitchen. The surrounding area was calm. Close to the airport. The bed in the master bedroom was comfortable. However, there were several issues. The biggest one was when we had an issue with a closet door that was barely hanging and fell on me on the first try to open it. "We were so happy with our stay at ONE Cable Beach. The condo was better than we expected - clean and so very well appointed. The property manager Tamara was super responsive to every single communication before and during our trip. And her recommendations were spot on. We also utilized the transportation services of Monique and were so pleased with her. Overall we felt safe, loved the location and the condo. We will be back!"

"I love the unit as we were on the first floor of three. Spacious, quiet neat good condition. The only reason I did not give it a five star is because of the half filled mini shampoo left in the shower for use, and the stains (appear to be blood) on the curtain. All-in-all, it was a lovely stay. "

"Stunning property on a fabulous beach. Would definitely return. We had the Abaco cottage which is actually a very newly built/converted detached bungalow. See pic. Little kitchen with everything you need. Even teabags, salt and pepper. Great hot shower, comfy bed. 2 min walk to a little shop for essentials and also a lovely frozen yogurt shop. 10 mins walk the other way is a big supermarket with a couple of restaurants, takeaways etc. Just be aware you can only contact the owners by WhatsApp. We didn’t realise this and called the number on arrival to discover it didn’t work. A little concerning but we found the owner in the end. "
