"Horrible miscommunication experience. I booked this trip in September, 2023. I had all the confirmation and itinerary. It was paid off. I arrived at the property on December, 25, Christmas Day. The property was closed and no one was there to help. There was a piece of paper and an emergency phone number hanging on the door. "There was no internet, in the bathroom there was only shampoo, no soap. We only stayed one night but there was like a garage door closed on the windows in the back, so we couldn't enjoy the outside view in the morning. The bed was comfy."
