"Hotel Alpenhof if a beautiful, peaceful hotel in Grendelwald. We had a suite on the top floor with a balcony and a sweeping view of the mountains and green hillsides. The room was spacious and clean, with an handy minibar in case you want to have a beer on the nice deck, and tastefully decorated in Swiss style. "We were welcomed with a drink on the beautiful balcony while they brought our bags to the room. The room was spacious and air conditioned, however; the comforter was heavy. The breakfast was wonderful. A very nice buffet with an incredible view. They even had mimosas! The spa and outdoor tub looked nice but we did not use. We would definitely stay here again. "

"I have never in my life seen anyone work as hard as the owner of this hotel (Judith). Our family really appreciated the hospitality extended to us! kudos to the magnificent food served!
