"Lovely, friendly hotel!"

"Amazing small cosy hotel, be sure to book mountain side views as it is one of the best views in the area! Breakfast was yummy with fresh eggs to order. Staff lovely and polite. Spa is included which is a great touch, the hot tub was amazing facing the mountains and one of the main reasons I booked this place, although it was cold a couple of nights, they had just had a new and larger hot tub installed so were some teething issues I think, but they made sure it was warm when asked in advance....

"I really enjoyed my short stay, I felt super comfortable the moment I got into my room. It was super clean and tidy which is always the most important thing for me. The view of the Eiger was amazing. The staff was super nice and helpful, I even had to go to the hospital because I got ill and the lady at the desk was super nice and helpful with finding me a doctor. The staff was super accommodating with everything I needed or any question I had, I actually was a bit sad to leave. I did not get to...

"Hotel Derby is a great place to stay in Interlaken. They have a simple but nice breakfast that is complementary. My daughter loved their cat Daisy. The room was spacious with two separate areas that could sleep 3 guests. I would recommend this hotel. "

"I found this hotel to be a pleasant traditional hotel with friendly staff and mostly good facilities. On the negative side the rooms are little old-fashioned and occasionally run down in small areas. But the public areas are good, as was the restaurant. Pleasant buffet available for breakfast The best thing is the convenience for getting on the train which is literally right outside your door. The worst is the ski room arrangement because you are forced to exit from the basement of the hotel so...
