"This home is very nice, very spacious, and in a neighborhood I lived in for years so I was quite comfortable with the location. Just a few things kept this stay from being perfect. I could never gain access through the front door from the outside. The code just never worked. Thankfully, there was a rear entrance and I easily got in that way. There were no bowls, for cereal, soup etc., in the kitchen, only plates. That created a problem as I had planned and brought breakfast and was unable to...

"good stay. Furnished basement come in handy with tornados in area. Husband was teaching a class at a refinery in Oregon, OH. Picked up sister from FL, to accompany us. We are all in our seventies, would have been better for us if there had been handrails on the entrances to the house. Overall, very good visit. Thank you"

"Loved this rental!!!Communication with the homeowner was amazing. She suggested restaurants after booking and we had a little confusion with the parking regions that required a late night call :) I would recommend everyone to carpool in one vehicle.There were 7 of us ranging from ages 5 to late 60s. I didnt realize all bedrooms were on the top floor which was the only downside outside of the parking situation (congested neighborhood due to the lakefront). "We would stay here again. We had to be in Toledo for an event and just needed a place to sleep. We arrived at 9:30pm and left by 7:30am. The neighborhood was quiet. The house was easy to find. It was clean. We used the fridge and washing machine. The neighbor was kind when I was having difficulty with access and offered to call the owner. I was able to reach him through VRBO and he was able to get us in. "
