"Giving 4 stars because the staff was so friendly, however the room was dirty. There was a used bar of soap in the shower, a residue ring in the toilet (where cleaning products had been used but it was evident it was cleaned properly), and there was dirt and residue of some sort in the tub. We kept finding hair ties and bobby pins on the floor that didn’t belong to us. The location was good (right off the highway with things nearby). We didn’t use the pool or other water features so can’t speak...

"The room was great. The staff was very helpful. It was nice to have donuts and cereal in the morning. I work at a hotel, and i understand the some things the staff have no control over. The only thing that i didn't like, having to stand outside to check in. What are you gonna do when it gets cold? Late at night, we lock our doors too. But, when there's a customer calls, or knocks on the door to check in, we let them in. I wouldn't want to stand outside during winter at night if i didn't have to....

"The room was clean and well laid out. It was a handicap room. When I noticed the toilet seat was very loose, I saw the maintenance man in the hallway, and told him what I found. He immediately came and fixed the issue without hesitation. Great service…nice to see."

"The property is a new listing on VRBO and is in a nice quiet neighborhood. The location is convenient to many activities and restaurants. The bed I slept in was very comfortable. (I like a firm mattress) Cute decor. There were minimal supplies in the kitchen. There are no lamps in any of the bedrooms for nighttime reading. I also feel the floors could have been swept before we arrived. The reason I would not stay here again is the price. For one night, it was outrageous."
