"The home & property is absolutely beautiful. It was perfect for our family of 7 adults & 2 little ones. The home was well stocked with necessities. The view especially at sunset was awesome. The only cons I can think of is there’s no gate at the top of the stairs for little ones. But the owner is in the process of getting one. Also the WiFi was slow at times but it could’ve been from the rainy weather. We would definitely book again!!!"

"This place was perfect for a high school group of nine ladies turning 70 this year. There was plenty of room, and the view was amazing. Parking was a little tricky because of snow and a steep driveway, but we made it work. Check-in was easy. Neighbors out shoveling snow were very friendly and helpful! We would definitely come again. "

"Our second trip to Hot Springs for our friend group of 11. This house was great for us. Table was plenty large enough for all of us to eat together, and plenty of space in the living room for hanging out together. We so enjoyed our stay! "

"This precious little gem was just as described! We had 2 adults, a kiddo and our fur baby and it was perfect! The fur baby let us know that she loved the yard and the kiddo loved having his own room! We felt right at home with all the essentials needed for a great trip! "The location made it very easy to drive into town and there was plenty of parking. The area was quiet and relaxing. The house was a great size for our quick trip. It was cozy and charming. The bed was too firm for us and I wish I brought my own pillow. Otherwise, it was good house in a very convenient spot. "
