The hosts made our checkin and checkout process so easy and they were extremely hospitable. Its location on the lake made for perfect views as we enjoyed our morning coffee on the back deck. "This is our 2nd year to stay here for spring break. We went to 3 separate state parks, the national forrest, and the Little Rock Zoo...not to mention the afternoons just hanging at the cabin with the zipline and the swing and kayaking around the lake. The house is clean and comfy and Jason makes the whole process so easy! "

"Was great overall! Our stay occurred in the middle of a severe weather weekend in which provided a variety extra twists to our first time visiting Hot Springs. Host was very pleasant and helpful throughout stay. Only downfall to stay was the mattress had a minor sink in the middle. Apart from that, everything was clean, neat, and welcoming! "The cabin is exactly as advertised, cute, rustic, clean and comfortable. We came for Hot Springs National Park, which was fun for a three or four day getaway, but the highlight was the cute little cabin. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep and the place had plenty of character for a restored 1940’s cabin. The view is fantastic and just sitting outside in one of the numerous comfortable spots is relaxing. We also enjoyed taking the canoe out around the lake. The kitchen is well stocked...

"This property was beautiful! The scenery is lovely with ample room to relax outside on the covered porch. The hot tub is an excellent way to relax after hiking downtown and nearby trails. The property had all the things we needed for our stay with games and a pool table as well. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice place not too far from downtown Hot Springs."

"We loved our stay at the cottage, which was clean with plenty of space. We enjoyed kayaking from the front and back decks, grilling hot dogs on the grill, and listening to/ watching the geese. Good hiking and dining around nearby Hot Springs. "
